

North Perrott is a small hamlet just of the A30 and is an ideal base for exploring the south of Somerset and close to all local amenities, set in traditional Somerset countryside. There are many places nearby of outstanding beauty, with a handful of National Trust Houses to view including Montacute, Tintinhull and Barrington Court as well as breathtaking gardens at Stourhead.
Within the village is a very popular pub serving traditional real ales and fine quality food. There is also a small shop in the next village, which can cater for all your needs.
Our local area has something to suit everyone with a large variety of places to visit whatever your interests. Why not try Cricket St Thomas Wildlife Park, The Royal Bath and West Showground, Ham Hill Country Park and the Fleet Air Arm Museum are just a few ideas.
Perhaps if you enjoy other sports, other than fishing, there are numerous golf courses in the area as well as famous walks with both the Liberty Trail and Parrett Trail running through the village.
Surrounding towns such as Dorchester, Sherborne, Beaminster, Crewkerne and Bridport with its stunning coastline are well worth a visit for their historic and architectural importance. Slightly further out is Lyme Regis, just 30 minutes drive away as is the popular market town of Yeovil.
