Terms and Conditions

· These prices include electricity, bedding and towels.
· Fishing available at £25 per week, per person. Sorry no bent/ barbed hooks, ground bait, boilies or keep nets.
· Lodges are available from 2pm on day of arrival and to be evacuated by 10am on day of departure. All lodges are to be left clean and tidy please.
· A deposit of 10% must be paid 7 days after booking, with the balance paid 1 month prior to arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable.
· If you cancel your holiday within the month prior to your arrival you will be responsible for the full cost of your holiday. We recommend you take out independent holiday insurance to cover and protect yourself against this risk.
· All children must be supervised at all times, especially around the lakes and a maximum of four people are to occupy the lodge.
· Dogs are permitted by arrangement at £25 per week.
· Any accidental damage or breakage's of a minor nature will not normally be charged for, but the occupiers will be liable for damage that exceeds £10.
· We cannot accept liability for injury sustained by any person or for the loss or damage to any property on the premises.
